Dr.Mos
Dr.Mos design integrates the high side and low side mosfet and its driver in one compact package. The integration results in lower power loss. At idle or load, the design keeps the power efficiency on average at 85% and above. Besides, because of the low power loss, the heat generated during operation is also lower and the temperature of the DrMos is also much lower, when compared to the traditional mosfet solution.
