AITi100STS – AIT-1 Turbo internal SATA tape drive (black/white bezel) Alternative to DAT72, the AIT-1 Turbo drives provide easier connectivity, higher performance, higher capacity and higher reliability than DAT72 drives but cost less. The drives are available as internal SATA, ATAPI or SCSI or external SCSI versions.
Turbos are the fastest in their class. With a native transfer rate of 21.6GB/h, they can fill the 40GB cassette in less than two hours. The AIT - 1 Turbo has the highest reliability through AME media and a dustproof bezel design. It also uses a low cost AIT Turbo media.
