56K PCI Software Modem Ambient This multifunctional modem is suitable for internet, telebanking, sending and receiving faxes, and also offers the possibility to watch tv or to videochat with a webcam. With this modem, the PC can be used as an answer machine or as a handsfree phone. This basic model is very low priced and therefore very suitable as a standard modem to use in your own assembly systems. Extra features:

- Live video & conference ready - use the computer as a videotelephone to send and receive video images.

- Fallback to v.34 / 33.6kbps - In case of a bad connection, the modem switches protocols automatically, also when the receivers' modem does not support v.92 mode.
