MRJ21 Cassette, 6-Port, for 4-Pair (10/100/1000BASE-T) Applications The AMP NETCONNECT MRJ21 Connector System from Tyco Electronics is a high-density, high-performance, modular copper cabling system designed to support any plug and play environment including data centers and zone cabled or open office environments. The system includes PC board mounted solutions as well as 24-pair cabling and connector solutions. The MRJ21 system's small footprint reduces cable bulk in pathways and conduits, while strict factory testing of system components provides field site performance and easy field installation.

MRJ21's modular design using cassettes and patch panels for modularity breaks out high performance 24-pair cables to the appropriate wiring patterns and makes it easy to migrate from a 10/100BASE-T 2-pair platform to a 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet 4-pair platform and other applications. In addition, common sized, factory terminated and tested cable assemblies are available for faster installation and ensure quality and reliability.
