TEAC’s new DW552G or DWE552, 52x32x52 CD-RW & 16X DVD Internal Combo Drive or External 2.0 Combo Drive. They both deliver unbeatable CD speeds of 52X write to CD-R, 32X re-write to CD-RW media and 52X read as well as 16X DVD playback speeds. Additionally, the drives rip audio at a 52X speed and deliver an average access time of 120msec for CDs and 140msec DVDs, all resulting in advanced CD recording and DVD playback performance.
Both drives feature an advanced buffer under run prevention technology. This disc-saving feature suspends the recording process until the buffer is refilled. No more bad discs even when you’re multitasking. Both drives also support EasyWrite (Mount Rainier), a new disc formatting feature that makes it easier and saves time preparing CD-RW discs for recording.
TEAC’s Combo drives are ideal for easy integration and upgrades. Their rock-solid design is made for years of dependable use.
