Team Group is presenting the new Team Ultra L2 SSD, the first ultra-thin SSD featuring a thickness of only 7mm and support for SATA III. It can be installed directly on the new generation Ultrabook without any fuss. The 7mm ultra-thin SSD is an extraordinary improvement in terms of much faster booting speed and read/write performance. It provides substantially upgraded battery capacity and impact resistance.
The use of flash chips from original manufacturers allows the top read/write speed at 450MB/s and 350MB/s, respectively, in this compact SSD with a huge capacity of 128GB. The unique flash chip technology management allows more effective improvement of burst random write-in, the response of computer as a platform and the stability of multitasking capability
1. Stable Performance of SATAIII
Team Ultra L2 is equipped with the unique synchronized Flash management technique and integrated with SATA III 6Gb/s interface and 4-channel transmission capability. Tested with professional hard drive testing programs, the product is capable of maximum read/write rates at 450MB/s and 350MB/s, respectively.
2. Ultra L2 vs. HDD for transmission rate
Solid-state hard drive features low power consumption, high durability, zero noise, and shock resistance, as opposed to traditional hard drives. Team Ultra L2 not only has file transmission rate twice as fast as traditional hard drives, but also features much better random read/write performance.
