At this year's CeBIT, TerraTec is set to unveil a sonic treat sure to sound sweet to even the most discerning ears: With the HomeArena TXR 665, the Nettetal-based multimedia vendor aims to turn every computer into a powerhouse Surround sound system and home theater for movies and games. But the 5.1 speaker system is more than merely a compact, stylish Surround sound solution; it also handles the multi-channel audio formats DVD, DTS, Dolby Digital, and Dolby Per Logic. The system will be available from May.
