Beamer MT-700
Toshiba Projection & Display Technology (PDT), leading supplier of professional data and video projectors, presents the MT700, a real treat for home cinema fans. The new home cinema projector will be launched at CeBIT 2005 in Hall 1, Stand 6H2. With full 1280x720-pixel native resolution, the MT700 delivers detail-rich images in natural colour and 16:9 format, and also offers an array of interfaces for a wide variety of applications. The task of converting interlaced images into progressive images is child’s play for the MT700’s pro standard deinterlacer; this legendary Faroudja chip produces high-resolution progressive scan images that are smooth and free from “jaggies”. Absolute colour fidelity is assured by the ultra-rapid 6-segment colour wheel. In addition, the MT700 offers a high contrast ratio of 2,500:1 and extra-quiet 28dB operating noise in Standard mode, to blend unobtrusively with any soundtrack. The success of a home cinema performance is assisted by the backlite remote control unit, enabling the “projectionist” to manage the performance perfectly even in darkened rooms.
Proven DLPTM Technology was again Toshiba’s technology of choice for the MT700. The projector has a high-quality HD2+ DMD chip and high contrast ratio of 2,500:1. Home cinema buffs will be won over by DLPTM's extensive range of benefits, its outstanding blacks and ultra-long life of the Texas Instruments DMD chip. With its high resolution and 1,000 ANSI lumen brightness, Toshiba’s newest home cinema projector delivers ideal conditions for exciting film performances.
