Luminaire type
LED gear tray for continuous line system E-Line.
Applications
E-line LED gear tray in combination with E-Line universal mounting profiles T5/LED (1475 mm) or T8 (1530 mm) with corresponding mounting accessories are used in new systems and also for improving the efficiency of existing systems as part of upgrading projects: Manufacturing halls, Halls, Warehouses, Trade fair and exhibition halls, Production areas,Retail areas, Workshops.
Mounting methods
For TRILUX E-Line T5N/LED or T8 universal trunking, T5 applications ...35-...(1475 mm), T8 applications ...58-...(1530 mm) with blanking cover L55. Blanking cover available as accessory for length compensation with T8 upgrade applications, to be ordered separately. Mounting to trunking with tool-free stainless steel snap fasteners. The design of the four louvre catches enables visual control of secure clipping in of the gear tray into the trunking.
Optical system
The PMMA lens optic forms a fixed unit each with one LED segment. With double asymmetric light intensity distribution. Surface of lens optic is flat for uniform light distribution and homogeneous illumination of light emission aperture. The flat surface makes cleaning the luminaire easier.
LED system
LED system consists of 5 LED segments. Each segment has 33 Mid Power LEDs in 3 rows, each configured with 11 LEDs. Luminaire luminous flux 4400 lm, connected load 26 W, luminous efficiency of luminaire 169 lm/W. Light colour neutral white, colour temperature 4000 K, colour rendering index Ra > 80. Service life L80(tq 50 °C) = 70,000 h, service life L85(tq 50 °C) = 50,000 h. LED luminaire with ENEC+ certification.
