For an active temperature management we offer high quality STULZ-Cosmotec A/C units under Triton brand. Compact A/C ETE units are designed for cooling of equipment in every single data cabinet (RDA cabinets and RIE cabinets with IP54 protection). These A/C units are intended for both industrial and office surroundings thank to its RPM management of a cooling ventilator in compressor circuit. The A/C unit adjusts the RPM speed of the ventilator, which is a major cause of a noise. The A/C RPM adjusment is based on a current use of the cooling output inside of the cabinet. It has a very possitive affect on the noise reduction of the unit when maximal output capacity is not necessary.
1.inside circuit, which cools down all installed equipment and enters the A/C unit, where the hot air is transferred into a cooling medium.
2.cooling circuit controlled by the compressor, which is cooled by an air stream which cools cooling medium.
Thank to its arrangement the air from the outside is not mixed with the air from the inside of the cabinet. Also humidity inside of the cabinet is not increasing. Improper humidity can also condense on the top of the equipment which can lead to its damage. It is very important to set up the A/C unit correctly and consider the surrounding temperature and humidity. It is also possible to equip our data cabinet with a door sensor, which shuts the compressor automatically down when the door is opened.
The A/C unit has a possibility of the controlling electric unit installation, which includes thermostat in two different part of the cover. There are several possibilities how to install such A/C unit. The A/C unit can suck the hot air and blow the cold air along the side panels of the cabinet or it can be installed to the front/rear side accoring to the exact requirements.
For a proper function of the A/C unit is necessary to provide with sufficient air circulation ant its appropriate temperature. The unit has special sensors which control a sufficient space from surrounding objects. For more information please refer to the manual of each A/C unit.
