The battery is charged within 1 hour and 15 minutes (2.2Ah) or 1 hour and 40 minutes (2.9Ah). The battery indicates its full charge with a green light appearing on the top part o the device. Integrated Security Systems

The Urby electric monocycle counts with 3 security systems:
1. Low battery alert: Whenever the device hits its 15% battery life mark, it automatically emits a sounds that alerts the user and forces it to reduce its speed.
2. Automatic break in case of fall: Whenever the device tilts laterally at an angle of 45º or more, it breaks automatically.
3. When hitting the 12km/h mark, the device tilts back lightly to reduce speed. When speed reaches 18km/h, the device emits a noise to alert the user and automatically tilts backwards to control speed.
