It's welded waterproof tight and is completely PVC-free. The adjustable Plug and Ride rail-mounting system for the bag lets you easily mount and dismount the bag from your bike rack. The small "feet" ensure a stable stand on the ground, while a handle or well padded shoulder strap lets you carry it around.
