SSD ExpressCard 16GB Verbatim's ExpressCard SSD is a hot pluggable, high performance solid state disk drive suitable for use in any 34mm or 54mm ExpressCard slot equipped laptop or notebook computer.

Featuring a true performance PCI express interface and a 4 channel architecture, Verbatim's ExpressCard SSD is capable of reading up to 120MB/Sec and writing up to 30MB/Sec for high performance data storage.

Verbatim's ExpressCard SSD is up to 10 times faster than conventional USB drives and being solid state media, the SSD ExpressCard has no moving parts making it very secure. There is also no need to remove the ExpressCard from the ExpressCard slot when on the move as it is fully enclosed in the slot, taking up no extra room.

The ExpressCard is very simple to use. Simply insert it into the ExpressCard slot and you can use it immediately, no hardware installation required.
