To counteract possible RFI and EMC interference Videk stock high quality shielded connectors which are pre-fitted with an integral shielding can. They are manufactured by top manufacturer AMP and give added network security. For termination the same tool (Pt No 1955A) is appropriate for both stranded and solid connectors and must be used to ensure accurate crimping. Designed for heavy duty crimp work, we also stock the replacement die for the tool.
