Designed for demanding professional use, the Techconnect HDMI distribution amplifier has a 2.25Gpbs bandwidth to manage the highest definition HDMI signals. Potential applications include digital signage in retail, corporate, and event venues; anywhere where displays are used.

Supports 3D
As an HDMI v1.4 device it supports up to 1080P and full 3D.

HDCP Authentication
This is a plug and play device which takes care of HDCP authentication automatically.

Upgradeable
As the HDMI specification is changed this device can have firmware upgraded via USB port.

Mounting Ears
A robust metal chassis comes with detachable mounting ears.

Advanced EDID
Dip switches on the side can be adjusted to set various EDID (extended display identification data) scenarios. This determines what resolution the splitter outputs. The same resolution will be distributed through all four outputs.

000 USE LOWEST EDID – Looks at all of the video resolution and audio capabilities of each output device and uses the lowest video and lowest audio settings. 100 works in the same way but outputs a stronger signal for long cables.

001 USE FIRST EDID – When turned on it will detect active devices started from output 1. It will use the EDID from the first device it detects. If there are no active devices when powered on it will use the first device connected. 101 works in the same way but outputs a stronger signal for long cables.

010 1080p + STEREO AUDIO – The splitter will use the embedded 1080P / stereo audio.
011 1080i + STEREO AUDIO – The splitter will use the embedded 1080i / stereo audio.
110 1080p + 5.1 AUDIO -The splitter will use the embedded 1080p / 5.1 audio.
111 1080p + 7.1 AUDIO – The splitter will use the embedded 1080p / 7.1 audio.
