Part of Vision’s “Techconnect Twist” product family, the TC2-HDMIIP converts HDMI signal into TCP/IP packets for transmission over a 100/10 megabit ethernet network. With no visible loss of video or audio quality it is perfect for corporate and digital signage applications.
<b>Peer to Peer</b>
The Techconnect TC2-HDMIIP comes as a transmitter and receiver set. It does not support multiple receivers paired to one transmitter.
<b>Full HD</b>
Fully HDCP complaint, it supports a wide range of resolutions up to 1080P plus full digital audio. Note: 3D not supported.
<b>Plug and Play</b>
EDID (extended display identification data) is automatically passed through. Connect equipment and it just works.
<b>EQ-Free</b>
The signal passes through a network without the normal skew and balancing distortion.
<b>Full-Motion</b>
Video is compressed using the JPEG protocol, but at 30 frames per second there is no visible degradation or delay. Images are full colour with smooth motion.
<b>LAN Protocols</b>
Despite using the standard IP protocols you don’t need to be a network engineer. If you connect the transmitter directly to the receiver you don’t need to use a network crossover cable.
<b>Dual-Power</b>
This product requires a power supply at each end.
