USB 3.0 SATA Harddisk Adapter The adapter is used to connect serial ATA harddisks with PC's, notebooks or netbooks using USB 3.0 connection. The new generation on USB devices allows up to 10-times faster datatransfer compared to USB 2.0. Requirement for maximum datarate of up to 5GBit/s: Adapter must be connected to USB 3.0 interface.

In case this interface is missing it can be added by Vivanco items 28130 or 28131. Easiest usage due to plug&play. No driver installation necessary. The harddisk will be integrated automatically in the system.
