Serverlock for Solaris 10pack ServerLock is security-enabling software for Web hosting, e-commerce, and enterprise infrastructures. It protects critical content as well as user accounts, system files, and directories. Using a new form of host-based security and data integrity, system viability can be guaranteed against any type of inappropriate system modifications, whether from accidental operations, hostile internal users, or aggressive hackers.

ServerLock prohibits modification of key system resources and customer-specified data, denying all efforts at alteration or deletion, even those run with privileged system authority. In this way, WatchGuard eliminates system exposure to damage from hostile administrators and external hackers exploiting operating system vulnerabilities. ServerLock locks down the operating system. It also provides centralized, secure, remote management through a hardened direct-to-kernel communications channel.
