The DS28F is Sweden’s best-selling dehumidifier, all classes. Thanks to its operational reliability and superior capacity, the Wood’s DS28F has been able to keep mould, mildew, damp and rot at bay in more than 100 000 households in Sweden. Several years ago, but still only one dehumidifier has been tested showing better values in terms of energy and capacity: the Wood’s ED50F.
This robust machine is a perfect “all-round” dehumidifier which efficiently dehumidifies the basement at the same time drying the laundry. It has a good dehumidifying capacity down to +5°C. It is fitted with wheels making it easy to move. Its flat top side also enables you to put things on top of the machine, for example a wash basket. The DS28F has two fan speeds to provide an added effect for drying laundry. The DS28F has, as do all Wood’s dehumidifiers, a hose connection for direct drainage of condensation water, and is IP-X1 safety classified. The Wood’s DS28F is suitable for dehumidifying basements, drying rooms, summer cottages, caravans, boats, etcetera.
The water bucket and direct drainage.
The large water bucket of 10,4 litres ensures that you don’t have to empty it too often. If the water bucket is full, the unit will automatically shut off. Like all Wood’s dehumidifiers, DS28F has a connection for direct drainage. This way you won’t have to empty the water bucket but can lead the water directly to a drainage.
Use the SMF-filter and clean the air further!
It is possible to add a unique anti-mould filter to all DS, ED and TDR models. The filter catches hazardous mould spores, dust and other harmful particles that are released when you are drying laundry. The filter also protects the dehumidifier and enhances its life expectancy. By using the SMF-filter you reduce the risk of illnesses and you also catch dust and particles that are released when drying laundry.
