XciteRC Eurocopter EC 175

Eurocopter EC 175 - 3,5 channel RTF helicopter The multipurpose helicopter EC175 is originally a corporate invention, developed late 2005 by the german-french consortium Eurocopter and the Chinese Harbin Aviation Industry Group. It is mainly used for passenger transportation especially to oil and gasplatforms as well as for search and rescue efforts. Therefore the construction of the helicopter was optimized for the flight requirements on the high seas. The first flight of the EC 175 took place 2009 and the series helicopters are announced for roll-out in late 2013.

The XciteRC model is based on the original in detail. The officially licensed model is equipped with a coax double-rotor system that makes the helicopter easy to control. The interference-free 2,4GHz remote control enables the simultaneous flight together with other helicopters.

Via touch of a button two speed levels can be selected. The recharge of the integrated LiPo battery works with the included USB- charger lead for example connected to the home PC or with the charger lead integrated in the transmitter. Also included in the delivery contents are spare rotor blades. The RTF model is usable directly after the batteries charge.
