Workforce Planner is the more extensive version of the software provided with your Safescan Clocking In System and offers you several extra options to manage the working hours of your personnel even better.

For example, you could introduce a full office hour planning in advance for each employee or department. Workforce Planner then registers and identifies accurately and clearly whether the actual worked hours correspond. The pre-made planning can be made per day, per week, per month and per year. It is possible to take into account certain events that are important to a planning, for example holidays or other days on which different working hours apply. Additionally, you can even download all official holidays per country with the Safescan software so that your planning is automatically attuned to this.

Workforce Planner is characterized by maximum transparency. All reviews are very clearly presented graphically. Colour codes make it possible to see immediately whether the planning and the actually worked hours correspond. If something in the planning is wrong, for example when someone clocked in or out incorrectly, a clear report on this is immediately generated graphically.

As with the Clocking In Software 4.5, you can also create work codes. Work codes are important when your employees work on various projects. They can clock in or out using the allocated work codes. The number of hours worked for a project are then clearly visible on the reports. But work codes can also be used to register matters such as doctor’s visits, business trips, sick leave or other events defined by the administrator. Because you can provide the various work codes with colour codes and allocate these activities to employees through ‘drag & drop’, a very organized whole is created in an instant. This is ideal for planning 24-hour shifts and activities in production environments or hotels. Even planning vacation days and registering sick leave days or doctor's appointments is made extremely easy this way.

The easily installed and user friendly software improves your insight in the working hours of your personnel. Your payroll administration is simplified and thanks to Workforce Planner, you can also generate all kinds of reports that will give you an optimal overview on every desired level, at any given time. Worked hours, overtime, spent and remaining vacation days, sick leave days and for example arrival and departure times, for every employee, are available immediately on the screen. This includes, for example, incorrect logon or logoff. All overviews can then easily be printed, e-mailed or exported.

Thanks to the user friendly interface with clear graphic shortcuts, the various functions within Workforce Planner are very easy to use.

Clocking In Systems equipped with a network port (TA-810, TA-850, TA-855, TA-920, Ta-960 and TA-965) make it possible to reflect the presence of the personnel in real-time. In case of fire or other emergency situations, a (fire) report can be printed with a simple mouse click.

A back-up is automatically created of all registered times and work schedules, so that there is never any risk of losing details due to unexpected power or computer malfunctions.

Workforce Planner works with all Safescan Clocking In Systems (TA-810, TA-850, TA-855, TA-920, TA-960 and TA-965). If you install Workforce Planner as an upgrade, all existing details are automatically saved.
