Product description
The elmeg IP-S290 IP systems telephone and the VoIP-VPN Gateway module make the convenient elmeg system telephony available in IP networks. As an interface variant of the elmeg CS290, the elmeg IP-S290 supports all system features at the ICT systems, such as alternation between lines, call transfer, 3-party conferences, team functions, line keys, access to the systems-internal phone book and many more.

A proper headset port allows for the easy and flexible use of a headset. The headset can be controlled in a simple way by means of two programmable keys—“Headset in/out”—and can be seamlessly integrated into e.g. call centres, due to the “automatic call acceptance” function. The comfort functions open listening, VIP memory and flexible number memory for incoming and outgoing calls make the elmeg IP-S290 the optimum standard system telephone for flexible, network-based office environments—an ideal combination of innovative technology and excellent user comfort.

VoIP and elmeg system telephony combined in this one device for stan-dard workstations: Ease of use with 3 softkeys, alphanumeric display and 5 freely programmable function keys, some with dual color LEDs. Optimal readability of the display thanks to the adjustable base. Ideal for frequent phone users; a dedicated jack for us-ing headsets is already installed.

Ringing-LED

Useful in loud environments: Each call is indicated acoustically by a particularly powerful speaker and also opti-cally by a bright ringing LED.

User Interface
This is based on the familiar and proven elmeg system telephony menu navigation. Large and easy to press function keys with luminous glass fi-bers integrated into the key bodies for even more transparency. Dual color LEDs are assigned to two of these function keys. This is to indicate the status at both function levels.

The elmeg IP-S290 is a genuine system telephone designed for use only with elmeg ICT systems with an integrated elmeg VoIP-VPN Gateway module.
