EMI shielding & quality wiring are a key factors for enabling high data transmission speeds matching SATA's 150MB/s (SATA) and 300MB/s (SATA2). Silver meshing is NOT a standard specification requirement in SATA but AC Ryan finds it extremely important to deliver high speed SATA / SATA2 - so do not assume other cables are just as well-built as AC Ryan's !!

AC Ryan SATA cables are guaranteed to perform externally as well asinternally.
- 20cm, 30cm, 50cm, 75cm or 100cm
choose the ultra long 100cm for external use or that superserve tower, the 75cm for the tower, or the 50cm for the standard casing. The longer 75 and 100cm cables are also very useful for routing the cables around the edges of the system. NEW are the shorter 20cm & 30cm cables that are make a perfect fit for motherboards with SATA connectors near the HDD cage.
