The command center for your building
The ALLNET ALL4500 IP Sensoric Appliance is the consequent advancement of the popluar ALL4000 Ethernet Sensormeter.
During the development of the appliance, the wishes of the users of the ALL4000 were followed and a multiplicity of new features and interfaces were added without loosing the known functions.
The basic task of the ALL4500 IP Sensoric Appliance is still the recording and singalizing of environmental states like temperature, humidity, airpressure and many more, as well as circuit switching via contacts and relais. This can be done manually, time based or dependent on the recorded values.
Different sceneries, like light, sunblinds, air-condition and household appliances can be controlled via the ALL4500 IP Sensoric Appliance. Starting with recording the temperature and heating as needed, controling your garden watering, signaling on gas detection up to automatic opening und closing of sunblinds based on the daylight and more can be realised withe the ALL4500.
You control everything on PC, notebook or mobile device like smartphone or webpad. Its equal if the devices you want to control are based inside the same building or on an other continent.
The ALL4500 is reachable via IP adress. As media you use you local network and the internet. The recorded values can be fetched via webbrowser or email in periodic sequences or on reachingpreconfigured values. The integrated XML interface helps you to collect your data external via the internet.
The ALL4500 IP sensoric Appliancce uses an Linux based operating system. For this, you have enough free space for your own developments.

The ALLNET ALL4500 IP Sensoric Appliance has a multiplicity of interfaces for connecting different additional modules. Besides the eight RJ45 sensor ports, the appliance offers you three serial ports RS232, one RS486 port as well as two USB2.0 interfaces.
Here you can - for example - connect USB sticks, UMTS/GPRS/GSM sticks as well as WLAN USB sticks.
You can also connect a Plugwise USB adapter for controlling and recording Zigbee wireless jacks.
For the connections of the mease- and controlling-modules to the mainunit, all ALLNET home automation products use a copper
cable with four or eight cores (I2C bus). For this, you can use your existing network or telephone-cabelling. The maximum distance
between module and mainunit can be 100 meter. A seperate power supply is not necessary for the modules.
All modules of the ALL3000 and ALL4000 series can be operated with the ALLNET ALL4500 IP sensoric appliance.
Many modules are available as DIN rail version.
