<b>Outer Top Element</b>
This method of cooking uses the outer part of the top element to direct heat downwards onto the food. For gentle cooking, browning or keeping cooked dishes warm.

<b>Radiant Zone</b>
A radiant zone refers to the ceramic or induction hob ring upon which food is heated. Radiant zones can come in several sizes and may even offer dual rings to accommodate small as well as larger cooking utensils.
<b>Defrost</b>
The fan runs without heat to reduce the defrosting time of frozen foods.
<b>Circular Element With Fan</b>
A faster and more economical operation. Cooking with the fan on allows different kinds of food to be cooked simultaneously on different shelves, preventing the transmission of smells and tastes from one dish onto another.

<b>Overall Energy Rating A</b>
A rating for ovens is the best energy efficiency rating available for ovens. A rating appliances will help cut the cost of your bills as well as helping the environment. However, several Baumatic ovens use 10% less energy than the A rated models. We indicate this enhanced effficiency by referring to them as A -10% models.
