The typical use of this cable is the analog picture transmission between a source device with component (YUV-) output via 3 RCA sockets and a target device (e.g. Beamer) with DVI-I input. Please make sure that your target device can read the component signal at the DVI-I socket, the allocation does not correspond to the DVI standard!
