The C2 is the first model in a new range of high-quality media-server cases, which is aimed at price-conscious users, who do not want to make any compromise on quality. The case uses brushed aluminium and shines with its superb quality. The design, which has been kept deliberately simple, ensures that the C2 will perfectly harmonize with any environment.

The I/O-panel with Power-Button, HD audio connectors and 2 x USB 3.0 has been unobtrusively integrated in left side of the case (as seen from the front). The main body and the side panels are made from 1.2 mm thick anodized aluminium; the top cover has a thickness of 1.5 mm.

Based on our experience and by studying customer requirements, the focus during the development of the case series was the implementation of the original M-ATX/ITX-concept. For this reason, assembly areas for optical drives or extra-long video cards have been left out. VGA cards up to a length of 220 mm and CPU coolers up to a height of 80 mm are supported - enough space for most common configurations. The case offers a total of three external PCI expansion slots.

The high-quality and well-manufactures ITX case supports motherboards up to a maximum size of 245 x 215 mm. This allows even the installation of selected Micro-ATX boards in the compact case.

Please keep in mind that if you install such a Micro-ATX case the maximum hard disk capacity of the case will be reduced. In order to exploit all the features of the C2, we recommend using Mini-ITX motherboards.

The installation is very easy. After the left side panel has been removed, the motherboard can be mounted on the appropriate rails. You can mount standard ATX power supply units inside the C2. One of the main features of the C2 is the hard disk holder for one 3.5 inch drive and a 2.5 inch HDD/SSD. It’s mounted next to the motherboard and can easily be removed to allow the installation of a Micro-ATX board.

On the case bottom, another 2.5 and 3.5 inch drives each can be mounted. Depending on the motherboard used, it is also possible to install a 120/140 mm fan at the case bottom; a dust filter is included. Thus, the C2 allows the user the utmost flexibility in the choice of the hardware.

The "U2" is aimed at users who are looking for a very stylish PC for typical living room applications. The stylish case rests on vibration-decoupled case feet (8 mm) in the appealing design of high-quality Hifi components.

Two USB 3.0 “Super Speed” connectors are available externally. Thus, external hard disk or USB drives can be connected quickly and easily.
