The GoBook comes with 4GB of storage space so you’ve got loads of space to store your favourite books. If you need more, you can upgrade this to a whopping 16GB using the Micro SD Card Slot. This means you can carry around literally thousands of books with you everywhere you go, so whether you’re in the mood for a serious book or a funny book, you’ve got everything in the palm of your hand.

The Goook Imagine has a ‘resTouch’ touchscreen that makes using it really straightforward. Its perfect for kids because when you see something you want you ‘Touch and Go’ straight to it. When you turn a page, GoBook even has a realistic page turn effect so theres still the association with a printed book.

Add Some Colour

The display is vibrant and colourful to make the most of colourful, animated ebooks. GoBook is great to read at bedtime because its LED backlit screen is its own light source, meaning the GoBook doesn’t rely on ambient light like many eInk eReaders.

There are thousands of amazing children’s eBooks with great stories and well loved characters, and with GoBook you arn’t tied to buying from the manufacturer, unlike most other eReaders. GoBook gives you the freedom to shop around and buy from wherever you like.

100 eBooks Included

To get your collection started, the GoBook includes 100 eBooks. These eBooks are exclusive to GoBook and range from Baby Books and Flash Cards (0-2yrs), Picture Books and Early Learning (2-4yrs), Colour Books & Young Readers (4-12yrs), to great eBooks for teenagers and classic novels in the GCSE and A-Level syllabus (13+). The GoBooks support DRM ePub and PDF, and are not ‘locked’ to any download site so users are free to download books from any bookshop they like, whether that be Horrid Henry or Harry Potter, to Alice in Wonderland or A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

GoBook is a grown-up gadget, for young readers. Its designed to be child friendly and straightforward to use, but it doesn’t look like a toy. Children love to emulate older children as well as their parents; and with GoBook they can sit side by side a feel like a real grown-up, while reading content that both appeals and engages them.

With Adobe Reader Mobile technology, GoBook is also perfect for families because the kids can read kids books, and Mum & Dad can read grown up novels- all on the same device. Its easy to download and manage books with Adobe Digital Editions (its free and easy to use!) and you can easily trasfer eBooks from your PC to the GoBook by USB cable. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re reading alone or as a family at bedtime.

Reading Your Way

The GoBook’s main menu shows a list of your most recently read books so you can pick up where you left off straight away. You can place bookmarks in pages to remember a spot, change the font size to make it easier to read, and you can flip the page from landscape to portrait depending on how you like to read.

There are loads of settings to personalise your eBooks you can read whichever way works best for you. Best of all you can turn the page by swiping it across with your finger, tapping the screen, or using the dedicated buttons on the front of the GoBook- easy as pie!

Folding Smart Case

The GoBook’s Folding Smart Case (sold separately) is the ideal companion to your GoBook. It protects your GoBook agains bumps and scratches that might happen when you’re out and about, and it also protects the screen when you pop it in your bag. Its smart folding system uses magnets to create a stand thats perfect for viewing photos and movies on a tabletop. If you’re feeling really lazy you can even set the GoBook to turn the page automatically for you so you can read hands free!!
