Photo case The success story of the RIMOWA photo case began more than 20 years ago when the first special watertight case for the useof photographers in the tropics was designed. Then as now, these cases are manufactured by hand and are so robustthat they are equal to the demands made by whatever climate, means of transport or stress that they are subjected to.

The waterproof system safeguards your equipment against water, air humidity, dust and vermin. A hull-like special insert made of a light, robust plastic is closed so tightly by a sealing panel in the lid that the contents of the case are hermetically sealed. Since our photo cases are equipped with polystyrene insulation, which works in a way similar to that of a cooling box, they protect and insulate sensitive materials such as films or medicines from the heat or the cold.

The compartment panel system allows a tailor-made division of the interior. The compartment panels can be made to any desired length and attached with hook-and-loop fasteners so that your camera or video equipment fit accurately.
