This chef combines all of these devices in one multifunctional unit, banishing the clutter of several separate devices from your cooking space.

Using the halogen infrared heating element, cook meat, fish and vegetables in record time, and in a healthy way. Whether fresh or frozen food ingredients, individual dishes or a complete menu, everything is transformed without preheating, thawing and most importantly without additional oil to make delicious meals. The revolutionary construction of the device and ventilation technology of the hot air fryer guarantee an even distribution of heat and ensures that cooking juices don’t escape as steam.

The result: nearly 60% faster cooking times without drying out your ingredients, while always keeping delicious juices and bite.

Temperature and time may either be manually set, with temperatures between 50° and 230° Celsius, and cooking time up to a maximum of one hour to give you plenty of room for a variety of cooking methods. Alternatively, use one of the many pre-programmed automatic functions to perfectly and precisely cook chips, grilled chicken, cakes, pizza, steak or skewers. A timer function allows for the timed start of the halogen heating element, so you can wake up to freshly baked rolls or come home to a complete dinner after a long and stressful day’s work. All functions are easily controlled via a front-side touch control panel, with an LCD display always providing information about selected program, temperature and cooking time.

Various accessories are included to extend the Klarstein VitAir’s range of functions. Chips can be prepared in the 3D grill cage, while grilled chicken or shish kebabs can be threaded on a skewer and horizontally clamped into the device. The switchable rotation ensures that chips, spit roasted foods and cooked dishes are cooked evenly from all sides. For pizza, the device features a round cooking sheet, while a grill is available for cooking steaks.

The stylish, dome-shaped housing made from double-processed plastic provides a 310° panoramic viewing window, allowing you to track the cooking process. The bath insert is non-stick coated to reduce cleaning time and is also suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
