The integrated heart rate receiver connects to an optionally available chest strap, letting you train at optimal exertion on the rowing machine. Your personal fitness grade is also computed following a rowing session. The HAMMER rowing machine does not sacrifice comfort either. The seat is ergonomically shaped and mounted on ball bearings so that it glides perfectly along the aluminium rail. After training, the ROWER COBRA XTR can be folded and stowed.
