WinTV offers features usually only seen on high-end television sets, like recording TV and channel surf function. Snap and print stills from whatever you're watching. With Hauppauge's WinTV SnapShot application, you can capture still video images in adjustable high resolution modes to 1600x1200 pixels!
WinTV digitizes video using high quality 4:2:2 video sampling. The digitized TV image is sent directly into the memory of your PC's VGA card without creating overhead for the CPU.
