This offering introduces remote call-in support for the HMC machine code. MCRSA enables a single-site or worldwide enterprise customer to maintain software entitlement to remote call-in support for HMC machine code throughout the life of the MCRSA.
A 24 hours per day, 7 day a week support coverage option is also available through this offering for an additional charge.
One year of MCRSA is automatically included for new licenses of programs covered in this announcement. A three-year MCRSA option is also available as an extended coverage option.
