The range cooker features a fan assisted oven and static oven as well as a five burner gas hob. The incorporated minute minder allows you to time your dishes so that they are cooked to perfection.

The left oven has six oven functions: light; conventional; full grill; fan assist; fan & grill and defrost. The right oven has three functions: light; conventional and full grill. Accessories include a wipeclean enamelled baking tray with handle, three safety shelves, removable side rack, trivet, LPG conversion kit, wok stand and base plinth.

Gas Safety

Ovens are rated A - G for their level of efficiency, with A being the highest grade avaialable for this category of appliance.

Conventional Oven
Top element & lower element. This method of cooking provides traditional cooking with heat from the top and lower elements. Particularly suitable for roasting and baking on one shelf only.

Convection Oven & Fan Assist
This method of cooking provides traditional cooking with heat from the top and the lower element, plus the use of circulation fan to ensure a fast and even distribution of the heat. Suitable for light and delicate baking such as pastries.

Overall Energy Rating A
A rating for ovens is the best energy efficiency rating available for ovens. A rating appliances will help cut the cost of your bills as well as helping the environment. However, several Baumatic ovens use 10% less energy than the A rated models. We indicate this enhanced effficiency by referring to them as A -10% models.

Defrost
The fan runs without heat to reduce the defrosting time of frozen foods.

Full Grill
This cooking method is normal grilling utilising the inner and outer part of the top element, which directs heat downwards onto the food. Suitable for grilling medium or large portions of sausages, bacon, steaks, fish, etc.

Fan & Grill
Suitable for browning where required. It is also suitable for “sealing” in the juices, perfect for steaks, hamburgers and some vegetables.
