20x - 1280x, White/Black The new Duolux - combines incident with transmitted light. The Duolux is a complete new Bresser development. It combines the advantages of an incident light type with a transmission-type microscope to a handy combined microscope. With an integrated slide table, the classical microscope stage can be quickly transformed into an incident light stage with a 38mm diameter work field. The 45mm variable distance between objective and work field is large enough to be able to view most interesting objects with incident light. The illumination source can easily be adjusted with a little joystick also a new development by Bresser. Both illuminators can be switched on and off and are separately dimmable and can be used with battery or AC adaptor. For transmission-type microscopy, the integrated filter wheel is an optimal addition. The complete standard accessories (e.g. electronic eyepiece, slides, preparation aids) can be stored in the integrated drawer. Observation objects: Microbes, Insects, Plants, Minerals and small rocks.

The Duolux is a unique and brilliant development from the Bresser Company. It simply bristles with features. The advanced design combines the advantages of an incident light type microscope with that of a transmission type, equally at home in the laboratory, on the inspection bench or in the field. The 45mm distance between the objective lens and the sample allows for a wide range of objects to be observed. The top illumination source can easily be adjusted by means of a little joystick, a new development by Bresser. The transmission illuminator in the base of the microscope is provided with both a diffuser, a condenser and can be used in conjunction with the built in filter wheel that can be moved in and out of the light path. Both lights are independently dimmable and can operate from a mains supply, with the transformer supplied, or from the internal batteries.

The microscope is supplied with two Wide Field eyepieces which when used with the 2x Barlow lens, also supplied, provides a magnification range from 20x to 1,280x. In addition the microscope is also supplied with the latest USB PC-ocular (640x480 pixels) which when used with the ArcSoft Photolmpression software, supplied, delivers stunning images to your PC or Laptop that can be stored, edited or emailed. This adds a new dimension to microscopy and brings the system into the forefront of microscope development in the twenty first century.

The built in draw houses the rest of the accessories that are supplied which include; microscope utensils, specimen and clear slides and an experiment set with fixing agent. Also supplied is a sturdy storage/carrying case to complete the outfit.
