The motherboard, nCK804Ua-LFS, is designed to be installed with an AMD 64-bit Athlon K8 CPU, and the powerful nVidia nForce4 CK8-04 Ultra chipset comes on-board.

“The motherboard comes with a high definition 7.1-channel surround sound output port on the real panel, which supports outstanding audio output features,” said Edward Chen, channel manager of the Platform Development Division.

“One of the other strong features is the hard disk interface of this motherboard, which supports Serial ATA-II and that is two times faster than most hard drives on the market,” Chen explains.

The unique single-chip nForce4 Ultra chip offers one of the industry’s best core-logic solutions with outstanding performance and the latest technologies — PCI Express, secure high-speed networking, and high-performance storage — and ensures that your PC stays ready for the newest games, future applications, and next-generation PC specifications.

With the powerful chip, the motherboard is designed to run with the next-generation PCI Express graphics cards and other devices. It includes one x16 PCI Express graphics slot and one x1 PCI Express expansion slots. This new, high-performance bus delivers over 4GBps in both upstream and downstream data transfers.

The system is built with NVIDIA’s ActiveArmor technology.
