ODF for Cable Installation, Wall Mounted Two-sided wall mounted ODF with a capacity of up to 48 SC or 96 LC connectors. The ODF consists of two compartments with separate locks and is therefore suitable as a demarcation cabinet between different network owners. The cabinet can also be used as a jointing box. Optional accessories include patch panels for different adapter types.

Design
The basic cabinet comes complete with 24 SC-duplex cutout panel (excluding adapters), 4 fiber organizers and a lockable side door to protect the fiber distribution patch/drop side.

The panel allows for 48 SC or 96 LC fiber connections. If FC/PC or ST type of connectors is required an optional panel can be ordered containing 48 round holes to replace the existing panel.

Adapters are optionally selected to the appropriate type and number. Blind plugs are available as an accessory to cover unused adapter slots if any.

Each single organizer has a capacity for up to 12 single fiber splices or 6 ribbon splices and is secured in the cabinet with a single mounting screw.

The cabinet can be wall mounted with four screws through holes in the back. The cabinet door is left hinged, lockable and opens forward. If a right hinged door is desired, the cabinet simply is fitted upside down and the connector panel is rotated 180°. The side door can be replaced by the jointing cabinet NCD5181098
FAT giving a solution for fused cables on both sides of the panel, if desired.

Material

The cabinet is made of steel.

The cable entrance grommets are made of rubber and the fiber organizers are made of modified ABS.

Cable entrances

There are multiple cable entrances at the top and bottom of the cabinet that allow for both single cables as well as mid-span access. All types of fiber optical cable with a cable diameter up to 20 mm can be used.
