Nanoxia CoolForce 2 Midi-Tower

The models of the CoolForce series are aimed at fans of water-cooled systems and offer various possibilities for the installation of radiators and other water cooling components. The case offers a very elegant front design that on the one hand is very elegant and simple, but on the other hand is also – thanks to pre-installed LEDs – a real eye-catcher. Particularly noteworthy are the black corners of the case, framing the power button.

The CoolForce 2 offers many practical features, such as the Nanoxia AirCover and Nanoxia ModuWand (modular Wall). A special highlight are the pre-installed Rigid LED bars behind the front panel, which light up in typical Nanoxia Green. A window side panel allows the unobstructed view on the installed hardware.

The ModuWand is one of the outstanding features of the case. If necessary, it can simply be removed to install longer video cards or it can be equipped with fans, hard drives or a reservoir / pump for a water cooling system.

The front of the case is deliberately held simple, visually striking are the LED bars which shine through the louvers, as well as the green illuminated Nanoxia logo. Two bays for installing optical drives are available. The optical drives offer tool-free mounting. In the lower left corner of the front of the LED is the on/off button, with which you can always comfortable turn off the Rigid LED strips.

At the top you can find the I/O-Panel of the case. If you look straight at the front, you can see at the left “corner” the USB ports (2 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0), the HD-Audio connectors and the fan control are located in the right “corner”.

Also in the top cover, there is our practical Nanoxia “Air Cover”. This cover can be conveniently removed when users want to install fans or radiators. This preserves the simple look of the case, without sacrificing useful features and ventilation.

The side panels are equipped with the noise-reducing insulation materials. These are designed to minimize any noises from inside the case. The hard disks and power supply are mounted using rubber suspension. The case stands on decoupled feet – thereby vibrations are reduces notably. By using materials of the highest quality we ensure that the case is extremely stable.

Three 140 mm fans from the CoolForce fan series are preinstalled. Two of them rotate behind the front panel, the third fan can be found on the rear side. If the AirCover is removed, up tp three additional 120 or 140 mm fans can be installed under the top. Other fans can be mounted on the ModuWand and the bottom of the case. Through this, a maximum of nine fans can be installed in the CoolForce 2. The pre-installed 3-stage fan controller allows to control up to three case fans.

The CoolForce 2 is designed as an entry-level case for water cooling enthusiasts. Behind the front panel, there is enough space for 240 mm radiators or compact water cooling solutions. Under the top cover, users can install 360 mm radiators without any problems.

The case has special, laterally offset mounting points that allow maximum compatibility, especially when using particularly thick radiators. However, it may be necessary to install in low-profile RAM in this case.

As usual, we offer customers maximum freedom when installing hard drives:

For fans of SSDs no less than four dedicated mounting spaces are available in the case – three can be found on the left side, as seen from the front; one is located in the back of the motherboard tray. The ModuWand also offers the possibility to mount two 2.5 inch or 3.5 inch drives – even two drives (2 x 2.5 inch, 2 x 3.5 inch) per side, if desired.

A fully modular HDD cage for two 3.5 inch hard drives can be found between the ModuWand and the front. They come with mounting rails to significantly expand the disk capacity, using our separately available HDD cages. Included are special SATA combination cables to allow the trouble-free installation of the hard drives on the ModuWand or on the 2.5 inch holders. These are also available separately.

In the CoolForce 2 you have the possibility to install graphic cards with a length of up to 300 mm. By removing the ModuWand, cards with 430 mm installation length can be fit inside the case.

Four rubber hose guides for external water cooling solutions can be found in the rear panel.

In addition to high-end graphic cards, users can install CPU coolers of up to 185 mm in height. Eight PCI expansion slots are located in the rear – the installation of a multi-GPU system is therefore possible at any time.
