The example below shows a comparison using a high powered, professional speedlite flash unit which was placed on the highest power flash setting. The SANYO XX batteries delivered over 460 flashes with an average cycle time of less than 2.5 seconds; or 24 shots per minute. The regular eneloop 1500 cycle battery provided 360 flashes and the same average cycle time of just less than 2.5 seconds. The conventional alkaline batteries took an average of 7.8 seconds and only delivered 220 flashes.
