HiPath SimplyPhone for Outlook/Lotus Notes V4.0 is a PC software that integrates telephony functions into Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes Clients.
HiPath SimplyPhone lets users dial from global directories, personal address books or LDAP-compatible databases with a simple click of the mouse. Telephone calls can also be initiated through click & dial from the inbox, outbox, task or journal folders, or from the calendar. Telephone calls can be associated with client-specific codes (Client Matter Codes) to facilitate customer billing.
To a large extent, the functionality of HiPath SimplyPhone V4.0 is also available within HiPath Xpressions V4.0 in the form of "Full CTI Extensions". The exact scope of features can be found in the HiPath Xpressions V4.0 documentation.
