1080p, HDMI 1.3, HDCP, Fast Ethernet, 300g SPATZ SINGLECAT is a revolutionary HDMI/DVI Extender using a single UTP cable. The sytem analyzes the cable distance and attenuation and applies an active biasing to achieve these phenomenal distances.
The Extender supports HDMI 1.4, 3D Video and 4k x 2k signals including all existing HDMI audio formats. Adiitionally you may transmit 10/100BaseT Ethernet signals so you can either run your IP network in parallel or use your existing IP cable for addtional transmission of HD/PC high resolution Video.The system is using no compression so your transmission will be free of artefacts of any kind, just like using a 1m cable !
The unit incorporates bidirectional IR with seperate jacks for our IR-RX and IR-DoubleTX cables and if that is not enough we also offer you a bidirectional RS-232 port to control your display from a media control system.
The RX unit is remote powered and needs no local power supply.
