We have developed an USB cordless DUALphone. Our primary focus is towards a product that target the consumer market where low product cost and ease of use are the key success factors. Our expertise within DECT cordless technology has also resulted in focus on audio quality. The solution offers the combination of advanced features and the benefits of cordless and wireless mobility.

At first glance this is a conventional, cordless telephone. But on closer examination, there is a remarkable addition – an extra button that enables free Internet calls. Utilizing a USB connection to a standard PC with VoIP soft client software, the USB Cordless DUALphone can route calls over the Internet. This is the market's first cordless Internet telephone that works with Skype.

It has been developed with user simplicity in mind, and utilises the latest technology, to eliminate complicated installation processes and expensive telephone bills. The USB Cordless DUALphone is both an Internet telephone and a normal telephone in one device. Incoming or outgoing calls may either be received or dialed via the normal telephone line or over the Internet. Futhermore, the USB Cordless DUALphone offers a highly intuitive user interface with friends lists, address book and many other advanced features.


It is even possible to set-up simultaneous telephone calls from one USB Cordless DUALhandset to PSTN while another USB Cordless DUALhandset is calling via Skype. The USB Cordless DUALphone is available either as a custom development project or as an OEM product.
