No longer necessary to empty condensate container
All Miele condenser dryers, including heat-pump dryers, feature integrated condensed water drainage with a hose tidy. You can drain the condensed water directly away into a sink or siphon and so avoid the need to empty the condensed water container.

Well-planned laundry care
The delay start feature allows you to determine when you want the next drying programme to start. This is particularly advantageous if you want to use night time electricity tariffs or if the programme needs to be finished at a certain time, for instance when you come home from work. You can postpone the start of a programme by up to 24 hours. The display also indicates when the current programme will finish.

Buzzer at the end of the programme
When the drying programme has finished, a buzzer will sound to let you know. This avoids your freshly dried laundry being left lying in the drum for an unnecessarily long time.

Convenience you can see
All Miele tumble dryers are equipped with drum lighting and many even feature maintenance-free LED lighting. It illuminates the Miele honeycomb drum so perfectly that you can no longer overlook any laundry items. Easy to use and easy on the eye.

Miele fragrance flacons – in 5 fragrances – envelop your laundry with your favourite scent during drying. The Miele fragrances are produced by a family-run company in the south of France, which has been creating perfumes since 1871. Using a patented process their perfume specialists ensure that the essential oils in the perfume are preserved. The result: pleasantly fresh laundry with a natural fragrance that will last for up to four weeks.

Perfect drying results thanks to mineral sensors: the patented PerfectDry system ensures perfect drying results - even if the water contains significant amounts of calcium. This is by no means the norm on tumble dryers. Calcium in the water influences residual moisture sensing, which in turn has an impact on drying results. With PerfectDry, mineral sensors record the amount of calcium in the water and adjust the drying process for precise results. This ensures that your laundry is never too dry or too damp and your chosen drying level is always achieved.

The basis of the EcoComfort dryer is the special heat-pump technology with which the dryer air is heated. In contrast to a conventional condenser dryer, the heat, once generated, is used again. As a result, Miele EcoComfort dryers outperform energy efficiency class A by up to 42%.

The unique honeycomb structure lifts the laundry higher in the rotating drum. Items hover for longer in the warm air stream which results in more uniform drying. Air pockets form in the individual hexagons which gently catch and cushion the laundry as it tumbles. Two filters in the door of Miele condenser dryers remove fluff from the circulating air very effectively. This ensures perfect functioning, long service life and increased convenience; compared to those of competitors, the heat exchanger in Miele dryers requires less frequent cleaning. An additional fine filter in Miele heat-pump dryers ensures that the appliance works perfectly during its service life. All filters are very easy to clean.

For fast maintenance
All Miele washing machines and dryers have an integrated PC interface. If there is a malfunction, the customer service technician can communicate with the appliance via a laptop and find the source of the error quickly.

Prevent unauthorised use
Is your appliance installed in a shared laundry room? Then you can prevent it being used without your knowledge by entering a code. If this function is activated, the appliance cannot be operated unless the correct code is entered.
