The LEDs of our backlight provide a wider range of colours than traditional LEDs thanks to the integration of Quantum Color + technology.
The light spectrum of a conventional white LED breaks down into a peak of blue colour with a broad yellow component. This light contains very little green and red. In comparison, the white light of LEDs with Quantum Color + technology consist of three peaks of blue, green and red light, providing more vibrant and intense colours

Conventional TFT screens usually cover 70% NTSC* (CIE 1931), whereas our screens with Quantum Color + technology cover a range of colour** which is close to 90% NTSC (CIE 1931).
As a result, we have been able to produce a wider range of colours on our screens.
