Nylon, grey/black/lime The McKINLEY TREKKER S 5 sleeping bag is filled with Tecloft Microlite and has plenty of technical features for staying warm in the mountains and more challenging environments. These include a face warmer, thermal hood, draft tube with zip protection, thermal collar and extra thermal layers at the torso and feet which means you will be comfortable at temperatures down to 5 degrees. It is suitable for smaller bodies up to 175cm and has a durable ripstop shell. The TREKKER COMFORT S 5 can also be joined to a second bag.

Face warmer
Pre-formed hood that adjusts to the head; doesn’t bother your sleep and provides the perfect amount of warmth. The hood can be individually adjusted to the head with a drawcord.

Thermal hood
Additional thermal collar around the face, usually offered with 3- and 4-season sleeping bags.

Draft tube with zip protection
Thermal insulation along both sides of the zipper to avoid cold bridges. This additional insulation is important in low temperatures. As a side effect, the strips of fabric also avoid zipper jams.

Extra thermal layer torso
Extra insulation around the body core for enhanced overall warmth and comfort.

Zip protection
Strip of fabric along the zipper for smooth, jam-resistant operation.

Two bag connected
The zipper goes all the way to the foot box and can thus be opened completely; the sleeping bag can be used as a blanket. Two sleeping bags with the same type of zipper can be connected (make sure that a sleeping bag with a zipper on the left is connected with asleeping bag with a zipper on the right).
