Coverage of the service WarrantyPlus service is valid within the following countries: Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain and United Kingdom. For other countries, please contact your authorized dealer or the Gateway call-centre. For 4 hours intervention, please verify the geographic coverage with the call-centre.

Parts not covered by the service Damages due to negligence or careless use, incorrect maintenance, maintenance by unauthorized personnel, transport in unsuitable packaging, any cause not attributable to manufacturer's defects and small damages (such as scratches and scores) derived from routine product use are excluded from service coverage. The limited warranty does not cover malfunctions due to viruses or system conflicts due to the installation of drivers or peripherals, or data loss for any reason.
